Technical Support Consultant
£16,000 per annum – reviewed after 6 month probation
Location: Lancing, West Sussex
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Are you a born problem solver with technical know-how, excellent customer service skills and an analytical approach to work? Then you are an ideal candidate to join our first line support and technical team.
The primary roles for this position will be the provisioning of lines, calls, data and mobiles whilst ensuring a high standard of customer service is given. You will be required to look after designated accounts, customer queries, fault logging, troubleshooting and billing issues.
You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and will require excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with staff and our clients. It is essential you can prioritise work and keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining good levels of accuracy and concentration. Computer literacy and good problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience in telecoms is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
